From Basque Country to Motorcity, a chat with Brigade Loco

Buongiorno Motorcity!
eng Brigade Loco is a quite new basque punk rock band who is conformed by Oier, Lander, Alex, Manex and Martin, the new incorporarion on behalf of Soto, who is leaving the band very soon.
We have been playing for nearly 5 years, mostly here in the Basque circuit but also have been abroad in the Spanish state in Catalunya, Madrid or Galiza and over Europe in Italy or Germany.
ita I Brigade Loco sono una band punk rock basca piuttosto recente formata da Oier, Lander, Alex, Manex e Martin, il nuovo “acquisto” in sostituzione di Soto, che lascerà presto la band.
Suoniamo da quasi 5 anni, principalmente qui nel circuito basco ma siamo stati anche all’estero nello stato spagnolo in Catalogna, Madrid o Galiza e in Europa in Italia e Germania.
2) Your new album will be released by Motorcity Produzioni , what do you know about our label and why did you decide to accept the collaboration? (ita:Il tuo nuovo album uscirà per Motorcity Produzioni, cosa sai della nostra etichetta e perché hai deciso di accettare la collaborazione?)
eng We know Motorcity since we follow the italian band Bull Brigade and we have seen different works that Motorcity has carried out.
We think it’s a good chance to work with Motorcity, cause they can help us grow. They can help us reaching to more people, specially in Italy. And having this split with Azione Diretta was a good opportunity to work with them. We want to play far from Euskal Herria and Italy is always a good place.
ita Conosciamo Motorcity da quando seguiamo i Bull Brigade e abbiamo visto diversi lavori rilasciati Motorcity Produzioni.
Pensiamo che sia una buona opportunità lavorare con Motorcity, perché possono aiutarci a crescere. Possono aiutarci a raggiungere più persone, specialmente in Italia. Inoltre avere questa collaborazione con gli Azione Diretta di Perugia è stata una buona occasione per lavorare con Motorcity Produzioni. Vogliamo suonare anche fuori da Euskal Herria e l’Italia è sempre un ottimo posto dove farlo.
3) Are you satisfied with how the new record is going? (ita: siete soddisfatti di come sta andano il nuovo album?)
eng Yes we are. Because of the changes in the band we haven’t been able to play what we wanted to, but nonetheless the split has had a good welcome here.
ita Sì lo siamo. Purtroppo a causa dei cambi di line-up non l’abbiamo suonato esattamente come avremmo voluto, ma comunque lo split è stato ben accolto qui.
4) When will you come back to play in Italy? (ita: quando verrete a suonare in italia?)
eng Hopefully we could visit Italy in April for a couple or three concerts with our freghi from Perugia. Let’s see if everything goes right and we can give more details soon.
ita Speriamo di poter visitare l’Italia ad aprile per due o tre concerti con i nostri freghi di Perugia. Vediamo se tutto va per il verso giusto e presto potremo fornire maggiori dettagli.
